Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a unique experience. The rooms, right above a wedding and a band playing music, were stunning in a beautifully traditional and classic style, leaving me with not much to ask for. The service from the doorman to Alexandria and the whole concierge staff was very friendly, although a bit fake at times. The location is just perfect, right in the middle of everything, making it easy to explore Geneve. The dining experience, with perfect eggs on the open buffet and a large selection, was truly exceptional. Facilities were top-notch.
The hotel offers rooms with a one-of-a-kind view of Mont Blanc and great SPA facilities, which were stunning, beautifully traditional, and classic in style, although a bit short on space. The service was warm, welcoming, and even included a surprise gift in our room, plus an upgrade to a larger and quieter room, providing the highest level of service I've ever experienced. The location is just perfect, right on the lake with two excellent restaurants nearby and stunning views of Lake Geneva, offering easy walking access to the city center and train station. The dining experience, while delivered to the room, was perfect with a large selection, setting a standard of its own, but slightly falls behind compared to other five-star hotels in terms of quality. The facilities were top-notch, catering to all our needs seamlessly.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were not only huge by European standards but also extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The view of Mont Blanc was truly one-of-a-kind, and the spa and facilities were top-notch. However, the dining options left something to be desired.
